Four Pillars Hospitality is a collective of four senior hospitality professionals who bring more than 80 years of combined experience across operations, beverage programs, entertainment, and guest experience. Together, we offer a complete and holistic consulting service designed to elevate restaurants, bars, hotels, and experiential hospitality concepts.
We view hospitality as both a science and an art. Our work blends operational precision with creative energy, allowing us to analyze a business from every angle — financial, functional, emotional, and experiential. His expertise focuses on operational structure, team development, leadership systems, profitability, service excellence, and the overall architecture of daily operations. He is the bridge between business goals and operational execution.

Martin

Martin offers over 20 years of mastery in beverage programs, bar operations, and cost management. He develops full bar concepts, signature drinks, efficient bar workflows, training systems, and revenue-focused beverage strategies. His approach balances creativity with financial intelligence.

Marco

Marco contributes deep knowledge of floor operations, POS systems, service flow, and team training. He specializes in designing smooth and consistent service environments that improve speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. His work ensures every step of the guest journey feels intentional and effortless.

Sean

Sean brings more than 20 years of experience in entertainment, music, events, and atmosphere creation. He designs the emotional and sensory components of hospitality — music programming, energy, ambience, and entertainment strategies that align perfectly with the brand. His expertise transforms spaces into experiences.

Over the years in business, NSRS has successfully built excellent relationships with worldwide high-quality manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and state-of-the-art equipment. NSRS has developed a comprehensive data base of manufacturers and suppliers which has reach into the capability to locate all parts and components within a short time period when time is the essence to the customer’s needs. If we can’t make it, we’ll find it.

North Shore Rolling Stock Inc. has designed a diverse set of products across a broad range of rolling stock equipment, which can be found in a wide variety of applications. Our engineering team has the capability to develop products from concept to production, replacing obsolete parts with similar efficiency and lower cost. NSRS has developed a comprehensive data base of manufacturers and suppliers which has any meet OEM engineering but also exceed them as well.
